Quick answers

How long does a screen take?: Filling in a screen takes most people 25-30 minutes. Your packet is emailed within 1-2 hours of your last upload.
What files do I need?: Three are required: federal business tax returns, Profit & Loss statements, and balance sheets. Bank statements, customer lists, and the general ledger make the report deeper at the same price.
Can the broker upload files for me?: Yes. In your deal's upload step, use "Invite the broker to upload". They get a private link, no account needed, and can only add files to your screen.
Who can see my files?: Only you. Files are stored privately and are never shared through public links.
Can I delete my files?: Yes, anytime. On your home page, delete just the uploaded files (your report stays) or the whole deal. See our Privacy page.
Is this a Quality of Earnings report?: No. It's a screening analysis you run before an LOI, so you only pay for a full QoE on the deal that holds up.
