The plain-English rules for using LiteQoE, including what happens if something goes wrong.

Signed agreement required

Before using any LiteQoE service you must sign the LiteQoE Customer Agreement and Release of Liability. That signed agreement controls over this page if they differ, and we keep a copy of every signed version.

We are not CPAs, accountants, financial advisers, M&A advisors, business brokers, appraisers, attorneys, or lenders, and nothing we produce is professional advice.
Every grade, verdict, score, earnings figure, offer range, and suggestion is our recommended opinion based only on the files and answers provided. It is not a statement of fact or truth, and it may be incomplete or wrong.
Phrases such as "our recommended grade", "it appears", and "based on the files provided" mean exactly that: an informed reading of documents we did not verify, not a conclusion you can rely on.
You must verify everything independently with your own licensed professionals before making any decision.

LiteQoE, LLC (Texas) provides a software screening analysis of a small business that a buyer is considering. It is a decision aid for whether to dig deeper.
A screen is not an audit, review, compilation, attestation, appraisal, valuation, legal or tax opinion, or a lender-ready Quality of Earnings report. Do not buy, finance, or price a business on a screen alone.
Results depend on the files and answers you provide. We do not verify that documents supplied by a seller or broker are true or complete.

You must give accurate account details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Only upload files you have the right to share with us, such as documents received under an NDA for evaluating the purchase.
We may suspend accounts used for abuse, fraud, promo-code misuse, or screening a different business under a free rebuild.

A buyer screen costs $199. Add-ons (Draft LOI, Proof of Cash, Closing Timeline) and the Valuation one-pager are priced as shown at checkout.
Payments are processed by Stripe in U.S. dollars. Prices may change, but never for something you already paid for.
Promo codes have the limits shown when issued and cannot be combined.

Each paid screen includes up to 3 free rebuilds within 90 days, for the same business only, when you add or replace files.
Business details lock after the first report. Rebuilds for a different business are blocked or sent to us for review.

If we cannot produce a usable report from the files provided, contact support@liteqoe.com within 30 days of purchase. We will first help with a free rebuild.
If a rebuild does not fix it, we will put the screen back in your account as a credit to use on any deal, and add a free Valuation one-pager or Closing Timeline for your trouble.
A screen you paid for but never ran stays in your account as a credit.
If you were charged twice or charged for something you did not receive, contact us and we will correct the charge.

LiteQoE is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any purchase, financing, pricing, or other decision you make, or for lost profits or indirect damages.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.
You agree to get independent professional advice (CPA, attorney, lender) before buying a business.
You release LiteQoE, LLC and its owners, employees, and partners from all claims arising from your use of or reliance on any LiteQoE report, grade, or website content, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Ads and links on our site lead to other businesses. We do not endorse or vouch for them.

Our Privacy page explains how we handle your files. We never sell your files or personal information.
We may update these terms; the date below shows the latest version. Texas law governs these terms.
